When placing a non-web order, use your customer number and have your order number(s) ready. The same information should appear on orders faxed, mailed, or emailed to Franklin Machine Products (FMP).
Shipping, handling, etc. are payable by the customer.

Terms and conditions of service
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete and on time. The guarantee does not apply to our carrier shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond control, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God including weather delays; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.

Payments
In order to properly credit your payments, please indicate:
your customer number
the invoice number(s) and credit memo(s)
Any adjustment(s) should be fully explained and documented.
NSF checks
The service charge per NSF check is $50.00.
Wire transfers
International customers may wire any amount - your bank fees are at your expense.
Domestic customers may only wire amounts over $1,000 - your bank fees are at your expense.
Ask our credit department for a wire transfer instruction sheet.
Credit
We extend credit as a matter of convenience in return for payments with our Payment Terms.
Credit may be established, according to FMP's terms, provided our credit application is properly completed and approved. For your convenience, a credit application is provided for download. Until credit is established, all shipments are billed to Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or shipped COD.
Trademark and Copyright Policy
All companies, brand names, and products mentioned within our catalogs and on our website are owned by their respective registered trademarks.
We will use an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part number, illustration, or description in two cases: 1) when the specific item is for sale by FMP and 2) as a reference for a Non-OEM replacement part. In case 2, no inference or implication, beyond that of a useful reference tool, should be taken nor is intended. OEM illustrations and descriptions are provided for identification purposes only. Non-OEM replacement parts are, based on available manufacturer information, suitable replacements for the stated original item. Non-OEM replacement parts are not, however, necessarily authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by the OEM.
Commercial use: No warranty is offered to consumers, as defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. All items sold are intended for resale, business use, or equipment manufacture and warrantied against defects in workmanship or materials only to the extent of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
